Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Our Returns Policy is detailed below.  By purchasing from THEXTREAMER you are agreeing to these terms.

  1. Within thirty days of receipt of the Xtreamer, the purchaser must notify THEXTREAMER in writing of his or her decision to return the Xtreamer. THEXTREAMER will provide the purchaser with a Return Authorisation (RMA) number.
  2. After purchaser receives an RMA number from THEXTREAMER, purchaser must return the Xtreamer in the United Kingdom in an unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Purchaser must deliver the Xtreamer not later than ten days after the RMA is issued.
  3. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and insurance fees and any taxes or duties associated with returning the Xtreamer, including any shipping costs associated with THEXTREAMER.  Unless the item was supplied in error
  4. Upon receipt of the returned Xtreamer unit, THEXTREAMER will inspect the returned Xtreamer to confirm that it is unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. Upon such confirmation, and provided the purchaser has followed the procedure set forth in this policy, THEXTREAMER shall credit purchaser for the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges, within thirty days of when Xtreamer received the return.
  5. If purchaser returns a Xtreamer that is used, damaged or not in the original packaging, then THEXTREAMER shall issue a refund less the cost for replacing used or damaged items. Scratched or damaged surfaces constitute a 100% replacement value and therefore no credit shall be returned to purchaser and purchaser shall pay all costs for return shipment of the Xtreamer to purchaser.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your RMA number and also once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
We currently ship to the UK using Interlink Express - once you have received your tracking number you can visit their site at http://www.interlinkexpress.com

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Warranty
The warranty applies to the Xtreamer purchased new direct from THEXTREAMER and commences from the date of purchase (no transfer of warranty is accepted). Any warranty claim must be made directly to THEXTREAMER. Before a claim can be processed proof of original purchase is required. Warranty coverage begins from the original date of purchase by the original end user/owner.
